Shipping & Delivery Charges

1. All our prices are nett and all shipping charges will be calculated after you check out. Hence, all customers can buy with a peace of mind with no hidden charges and enjoy Free worldwide delivery via DPEX. However,  Please note that we do not ship to /APO/FPO/P O BOX. Do note that all buyers are responsible for any customs and/or tax payable. Please check your country custom tax before buying. 

Payment Policy

1. We only accept VISA Card, MASTERCARD via Paypal payment.

Confirmation of Orders

1. We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.

Return Policy

1. Unhappy with what you have just bought? You may return "NEW and Unused " merchandise within 14 days from the date of purchase for a full refund (purchase price only) or exchange for product of similar value.

2. All refunds and exchanges are to exclude original shipping, S$35.00 handling chargers, gift packaging, or other applicable charges. For exchange, you will be charged for shipping, handling, gift packages or other applicable charges incurred to send the exchanged merchandise back to you.

3. All returns and exchange shipping costs are to be borne by you.

4. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges if they were shipped via collect shipment. Please ship merchandise via a traceable shipping medium such as DHL, UPS, FedEx etc.

5. You are also to be responsible for any damage during shipping, hence we recommend you to insure all return / exchange shipment.

6. Your return package must reach us within the 14 days from the date of purchase.
